Our Process:

At the onset of our work with clients we perform a diagnostic to get a lay of the land. We’ll ask questions about organizational leadership, assess the current state of the business, and identify what the leadership team would like to achieve. We’ll also review the company’s current business and strategic plans, if they exist.

We then conduct a strategic planning and mapping session with key members of the leadership team. Here, we’ll craft mission and vision statements, define short and long term goals, and devise a strategic plan to get there.

We finalize the strategic vision and mapping process by defining performance benchmarks, timeframes for accomplishment, and executive ownership of objectives. Progress is reviewed quarterly, but we’ll be with you through the entire implementation and execution process.

Our process:

We work with you to understand the market and uncover areas of opportunity. Are there product or service offering extensions that you haven’t considered? Is market share being fully maximized? We’ll find out.

We’ll also evaluate your marketing initiatives, business development efforts, and sales process to ensure that productivity is maximized and teams are engaged.

Our process:

We work with the leadership team to conduct a gap analysis, defining the state of current business development efforts and results compared to where the business wants to be. The gap analysis will provide insight into:

&#8212 Review of their brand’s positioning in the market against competitors and plan to gain market share

What makes us different?

Simply put, our approach. Our Founder, Gina P., started her career as a salesperson so she innately empathizes and relates with sales teams. With the fundamental understanding of a salesperson’s pain points and needs, we inspire teams because we understand them. Sales is a hard job with a lot of rejection—It can feel really lonely at times.

Our approach to leadership of our sales teams is one of service leadership. We are their advocates within the executive leadership team to ensure they are getting the resources they need for success. It’s always, “what can we do to support you?”

We also have an eye for talent. While working with the sales team, we can help identify those who will be successful in a business development role and coach them to meet their fullest potential.
Our process:

We generally work with teams and departments as an extension of the strategic planning sessions where we began our engagement. Doing these sessions not only allows us to gain an understanding of the company and its objectives but also the dynamics within the leadership team which is critical to business success and oftentimes more important than the business objectives themselves. If top leadership isn’t functionally sound, no business plan will work.

You can’t template humans. We’ll provide strategic solutions based on your company’s unique needs. Sometimes it’s as simple as defining a team lead, other times, a new department is needed.

We truly are believers in service leadership which we teach our C-level clients. Our focus has always been on team members over leadership because we subscribe to the philosophy that if you take care of your team they will take care of the business.
Our process:

We coach executives on how to lead, manage, and inspire their teams to achieve optimal performance. In many instances, the founders of companies don’t have management or leadership experience. We start by performing an assessment of the current leadership abilities, style, and presence.

We’ll conduct in-depth interviews to understand what the goals are for leadership. We then come up with a plan to work on areas of opportunity and define a leadership style and presence. We coach our C-Suite leaders on solving the challenges that they face and help identify, translate, and evangelize a mission and vision for the company.

In some cases, executive coaching turns into personal coaching, as we dig into the reasoning behind a leader’s aspirations. We will discuss the strategies needed to achieve long-term goals such as selling the company or bringing on a family member.

We are ferocious on behalf of our clients. Our C-Suite leaders feel like we are an extension of their leadership teams as opposed to an outside consultant. We are always available and there for them and will step in and do tough things on their behalf if needed.

Depending on the findings from our analysis, we will customize solutions to develop and/or enhance your current client acquisition and retention strategies. Based on your goals, we will determine which part of the cycle needs to be tweaked or reinvented to achieve the desired result. We will also establish the key metrics that need to be measured and the performance benchmarks we are driving toward.

Our Founder.

Gina Paoloni, founder and CEO of the Gina Paoloni Group, is a change agent with more than 20 years of experience in driving companies to achieve elite performance.

Gina began her career in advertising sales and later applied this experience to the development of a ground-breaking corporate membership model for the fitness industry. She became highly sought after and was recruited as Vice President of membership sales for Equinox Fitness Clubs—overseeing a team of 100 and revenues of $100 million. She also has held leadership positions at a number of companies, most recently serving as the President of Indagare—a luxury travel company.

Gina has multidisciplinary experience in sales, business development, team leadership, strategy and operations which she deploys in her work with clients across a broad range of sectors including health & fitness, luxury travel, finance, and consumer products.
